First of all, this modders resource isn't mine.
I used Sahardoom's Animated Stargate Modders Resource
and LHammonds's Dark Tower Shield.
I'm from South Korea and not good at English.
Description
This may be some resource for animated texture shield.
You can create your own shield with any video clips,
if you're famliar with Photoshop and ImageReady.
Caution
This is just an example of animated texture shield.
These Animated Textures have 42 frames (number of pictures, textures used).
So generally there would be frame drop of your game and
even freezing when you equip this shield for loading textures.
It's like some weapons with visual effect.
If you want to make your own shield, better check number of captured pictures of your video clips.
And don't forget to back up your save data, just in case.

Please, unzip 7z files and copy them to your oblivion data folder.
If you've already installed 'LHammonds's Dark Tower Shield',
don't have to worry about conflict.
Uninstall
Please delete

\data\textures\Armor\DarkTowerShield
\data\textures\menus\icons\Armor\DarkTowerShield
If you've installed "LHammonds's Dark Tower Shield" before, Please delete
\data\meshes\Armor\DarkTowerShield\Flower Tower Shield.nif
\data\textures\Armor\animated shield
