Version 1.0

History
========
Version 1.0: April 5, 2006
- Initial Release
What does it do?
===============
People with a degree of red-green color blindness have a hard time seeing the difference between crime-warning and normal colored HUD reticle icons.
This tweak changes the crime icon tint to blue instead of red.
Installation
===========
If you have already installed other UI interface tweaks, you may already have the file 'hud_reticle.xml' in your 'Oblivion\Data\menus\main' directory. In that case, it would be better for you to open the file in a text editor and change the 'stealing' RGB values by hand instead of overwriting it with the included replacement file. See the 'Tweaking the color' section.
If you have not installed any other UI tweaks, simply unzip this package into your 'Oblivion\Data' directory, using folder names.
The file 'hud_reticle.xml' should end up in your 'Oblivion\Data\menus\main' directory.
This tweak does not require activation in the Oblivion Launcher.
Uninstallation
=============
If you are not using any other UI tweaks, it is safe to just delete 'hud_reticle.xml' from 'Oblivion\Data\menus\main'.
If you are using other UI tweaks and want to go back to the default color value, see the 'Tweaking the color' section and change the RGB values to 208/0/0.
Tweaking the color
=================
* Open the 'hut_reticle.xml' file in 'Oblivion\Data\menus\main' with Notepad.
* Scroll down to the '_red_stealing>' line and change the number there to 0
* Scroll down to the '_green_stealing>' line and change the number there to 0
* Scroll down to the '_blue_stealing>' line and change the number there to 255
* Save your changes.
