This mod adds two pairs of pants styled after the character "Jin Kazama" from Tekken. There's a small crate on a shelf in Divine Elegance, in the Market District. It contains the classic red fire pants and the alternate blue version. You don't have to buy them. Awesome for Tekken fans or just fans of cool pants. Now that Tekken 6 is out, I'm sure people are thinking about tekken.
UPDATE:
I realized that the flames on the pants looked a little plastic-y, so I altered the textures and made them look more like cloth.
