Sinderion now sells nirnroots after completing his quest

This is a small Mod designed to enhance the reward for completing Oblivion's longest quest, 'Seeking Your Roots'.
Seven days after successfully completing the normal 'Seeking Your Roots' Quest (or seven days after installing the Mod, if this Quest is already completed), the Player will receive a note from Sinderion, explaining that he has successfully grown his own Nirnroots, and they can now be bought for a price. They have a base price of 50 Septims.
This is NOT a Cheat Mod: you can only purchase Nirnroots AFTER completing this Quest, and the Nirnroots you purchase from Sinderion are treated differently by Oblivion: you CANNOT sell them back to Sinderion for profit, or for more Potions of Exploration. However, they have all of the same effects as standard Nirnroots, and can be used to create any potion you would normally be able to create with Nirnroots via Alchemy.
