About this mod
For the time being I recommend you use this only after backing up your save game as the 2.0 update caused some serious issues. From the time I last tested it, to the time I finalized and released it something became seriously fubar. Several of my scripts went missing, and several that remained became unassociated with the appropriate spells and ite

Arcanist Archer Version 2.0 Plus Easy Version
NOTE: Both standard .esp and .omod versions included.

Adds a great artifact to the game lost for hundreds of years, that when worn will grant the user the knowledge required to bend the very fabric of reality and create, not summon, magically imbued arrows.

Long ago, in ages past there was a great elven king. He feared nothing other than the earths retaliation for his experiments on it. To protect himself he created several rings that would bestow their owners with the ability to bend reality and weave pure magical essence into arrows. The arrows themselves harnessed several basic elements to augment their power. He then bestowed these rings on his greatest archers. They became known as Arcanist Archers.
Many years passed and he continued his experiments, bolstered in the knowledge that he was safe from the earths retaliation. Many times his great city was besieged by elemental creatures. His Arcanist Archers held them at bay with the knowledge their great rings bestowed on them. Untill one day when the very earth began to quake around his city. His best sages
could offer no solution. They barley had time to scrath into stone tablets a warning to all those who would relish in their kings folly. In one day, the whole city was swallowed by the earth. The caves left leading to the sunken city were sealed by the earth itself, in an attempt to lock away all knowledge the king had aquired. Find his city, and you may find one of his great rings.

Adds six spells to the game that will summon either fire, fireburst, frost, frostburst, shock or shockburst arrows when cast. These spells are added when the Ring of the Arcanist is equiped and removed when the ring isunequipped. The strength of the arrows is based on the players conjuration skill.
.:Bugs and Limitations:.

-Magicka cost does not scale correctly with the power of the arrow summoned.
-The shock area of effect is way to large. The actual area it hits is still the correct 10 feet. This issue is not with the mod, but with the way the game handles its effect. At the moment I see no way of resolving this.
-Messages spam the screen. My limited knowledge prevents me from disabling only the messages with this script. It's not much of an issue though.

If you are using Oblivion Mod Manager, just double-click the
Arcanist Archer(2.0).omod file. And you are done.
If you are going to use the base .esp file just extract the file
Arcanist ArcherV2.0.esp to you Oblivion\data directory. The full directory
path is normally C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data\
