After clicking randomize face about 100 times and doing a good bit a tweaking, I have made a very beautiful Night Elf face. She's at the exit of the sewer. Enjoy.

This save requires the Night Elves mod by Xenius
(http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=25862) or Xenius Race Compilation (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=29103). I haven't tested the compilation, but it combines all nine of his races into one download and should work just fine.
I had many other mods active when I made this save. If the save doesn't work for you, insert the face onto another night elf save with Face Exchange lite (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=7808) or Wrye Bash.
Recommended mods are HGEC Body V1.21, and Night Elves glowing eyes addon.
