Ive played this game for a year or so, and I just could not handle the ugly, retarted and poorly managed NPC faces.
I readjusted the faces so the people in oblivion look more realistic.
This mod does not contain any new textures or models, and was completedly made with TES construction set.
Installation: Just extract the HE IS BEAUTIFUL!!.esp to oblivion data folder and VOILA! youve got your oblivion 0.1% more realistic.
This mod does not change any NPCs from othr mods and it is only at the beginning.
THIS MOD IS ONLY AT START AND I HAVE ONLY MODDED 10% OF THE NPCs SO FAR!
