Description
===========
Adds a small basement appartment to Chorrol Oak and Crosier Tavern.

Location
========
There is no key at this point.
The Appartment is at the Cellar which is now a player owned house.

Details
=======
This mod adds a medium size medium-class house to the Cellar of Oak and Crosier at Chorrol. There are 2 beds. 1 for the player and another for companion mods.
There are a few weapons and they are all customised.
Also some weapons are stronger then usuall so its also a cheat mod. feel free not to use.

Install
=======
1. Copy the .esp file to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the .esp file from \Oblivion\Data\

Upgrade
=======
Some upgrades will affect
the savegames and some wont.

affects savegames:
1. Before upgrading, Put all items at a safe storage outside of the basement.
2. Save your game.
3. Uninstall old version.
4. Install new version.
5. Start Oblivion and re-take the items.

no ill affects on savegames:
1. Uninstall the old mod.
2. Install the new mod.
3. Start oblivion and play. There is no effect on saved games and cannot
corrupt any saves.

Incompatibility
===============

Load Order:
Put this last at the list so it can overwrite any conflicting mod.

Space Usage:
This mod modify the Cellar for a small home for yourself!
Please dont use any mod that modifys the tavern or the cellar (CM companion or npc adds to the tavern is fine but not to the Cellar).
