~ I'm sorry for not responding over a year.. It is with a tear in my eye that I have to say that I abandoned my work on Stormwind City Mod to Oblivion at the beginning of 2010 (I think). Due to lack of time and interest, work-issues, draged into playing WoW again, etc etc.. the list goes on..
I spent a lot of time working on this mod and its a shame I didn't even upload it for people to see my recreation of Stormwind into Oblivion. But, I'll do it now, hopefully you will forgive me ;( ~

~ I'm pretty sure I don't have the time or interest anymore to continue working on this mod, please understand. I spend alot of my time to study and practice to perhaps one day become an Art Designer for games. I've been drawing all my life and its my passion. ~

DESCRIPTION:

Adds the Alliance City, Stormwind from MMORPG World of Warcraft (Blizzard Entertaintment©) into Oblivion.
The project only got as far as finished Exteriors, such as Trade District, Mage Quaters District, Old Town District, The Park District, Cathedral Square District, Dwarven District and Stormwind Harbor... (Stormwind Front Gate, Valley of Heroes and the Canal area included)

you will end up in an unfinished interor in Old Town District, but it is the only way to get to Stormwind City.. it was just a temporary way for me to check on the mod INGAME.

PROJECT GOAL:

The goal was to make a fan-made City of Blizzards Wow city into Oblivion. With vendors of all kind, known Warcraft NPCs and Heroes, Warcraft lore quests reguarding Stormwinds History and King Varian Wrynn.

REQUIRMENTS:
Oblivion Update/Patch: 1.2.0416

INSTALLATION:

1. Extract the "Stormwind City.ESP" file to your Oblivion/Data folder,
2. Extract the "Stormwind Meshes" folder to your Oblivion/Data/Meshes folder,
3. Extract the "Stormwind Textures" folder to your Oblivion/Data/Texture folder,
4. start Oblivion Launcher, click on "DATA FILES" and click on the Checkmark for Stormwind City.ESP.

PERMISSION:

* I will give modders permission to fiddle with my work as long as you give me credit for being the creator of this mod, and if you want to upload, like, "continued work" or something like that, please inform me :) I would like to check it out!

* I will also give permission to use my REtextures and meshes for resources to your own mod, just keep in mind that I only retextured them from the original Oblivion files.

* ALSO VERY IMPORTANT!!! Don't for get to give both Bethseda AND Blizzard Entertaintment credits, without them none of this would exist!!

(I spent a lot of time on this, even burned a graphic card on the process :P Please respect my permission)
