This is a modification of Tag's excellent Natural Wildlife mod [original readme below]. Thanks to Tag for the original mod and to Zardalu for the (also excellent) alternate wolf skin - taken from the WARGS mod [see original readme below].
The following animals are resized larger.. some slightly (such as deer bucks), some considerably more (such as Brown Bears).
Brown Bears, Black Bears, Timber Wolves (w/alternate skin)
Boars, Deer (Bucks), Mountain Lions
The Timber Wolves use Zardalu's Warg skin and will appear different from regular wolves (larger and meaner looking)
During playtesting, I was running from a group of bandits when suddenly a huge brown bear (see attached) came barrelling out of the forest. He took a swipe at me as I ran by and the bandits practically ran into him, I heard a roar and looked back.. just in time to see one of the bandits get knocked into the air and land about 20 feet away. Within seconds he took out two more. It was quite a sight to see - the bear towered over the bandits when he reared up to attack. The default bear sizes are way too small in my opinion..
Installation:
Place the wolfdarkbody.nif, wolfdarkeyes.nif, wolfdarkhead.nif into
Oblivion/Data/Meshes/creatures/dog folder
Place the wolfdark.dds and wolfdark_n.dds files in
Oblivion/Data/Textures/creatures/dog folder
Place the Natural Wildlife-Resized.esp in the Oblivion/Data folder
(If you have the original Natural Wildlife.esp installed, replace it with the new Natural Wildlife-Resized.esp)
Activate the esp in Data Files.

Natural Wild life v1.3
by tag!
Makes animals (rats, bears, boars, mountain
lions, mud crabs, dogs, and wolves) behave
more naturally. All animals runs a script to
determine their behaviour against others.
Basically, with this mod you will encounter
three types of animals in Cyrodiil:
- aggressive animals that attack you on sight
(like the original ones do)
- shy animals that flee when they see you,
but that will defend themselves if attacked
- passive animals that initially ignore you,
but attack if you get too close
changelog:
v1.0
- initial release
v1.1
- separate edition with friendly Will
o'the Wisp (tag_NaturalWildLife_wotw.esp)
v1.2
- doesn't modify the dog any more (there
are no wild dogs, just marauder and
bandit dogs)
- the Will o'the Wisp is not friendly
any more
- doesn't modify Confidence for passive
animals, because it caused some of them to
ignore you even when attacked
v1.3
- all animals now have a slight chance to
flee when you approach them, but will
still defend themselves when attacked
- all passive animals will attack if you
get too close
- animals inside dungeons are not always
aggressive any more, but will of course
attack if/when you get too close

Zardalu's original WARG readme:
-------------------------------------------------------------------
WARG version 1.0
DESCRIPTION:
This plugin adds a new creature to the Cyrodiil wilderness call a "warg". Anyone who knows fanatasy will know Wargs to be large, ferocious, wolf-like creatures. In this case, I have simply retextured the existing wold model and resized the creature to be a little larger than a timber-wolf. They can be found at random in most wilderness areas.
Stay tuned for a bunch of these kinds of creatures to come out, as I just did it to add a little more creature variety to the game until us modders can get our hands on 3ds max plugins, or an expansion pack.
INSTALLATION:
Like all plugins, put the files in your Oblivion "data" directory.
NOTE:
Use/Install at your own risk. I just did this for fun, and it works fine on my PC. I won't be held responsible if it wrecks yours.
Thanks to Bethesda for another fantastic game!
