Here is a mod i made inorder to make the house in chorrol better then the shack that you can buy in the IC, becasue the only difrence between the 2 is more rooms and a difrent location tbh but no more!
So here it is.
This mod adds some small but very needed changes to the house for sale in chorrol.You now have a basement that you can decorate in one of three ways (necroamncer, fighters guild or mages guild.). A maid who you can talk to and redecorate (add/remove Display case's or Redcorate your basement.)
You can also hire your maids brother who will become your personal guard. you can give him orders like follow - wait - go home, He will walk arond your house to make sure all your prize weapons, Armours and magical Items are safe.

pick the color of your sheets on your bed!

Extract the ESP File in to your Oblivion Data folder.
