This is a small town above anvil no npcs are here yet you can get on top of the castle by going into the tower room in the castle .But some areas are not finished yet. And I need to know how to get the castle floors to where one is not taller than the onther and I do not know how to use blender or nifscope they are not very easy and i cant find a really good video on either one. and this is my 2ND mod so please do not critize me because it looks bad.
