About this mod
Adds a key, letter and some money for those who have completed The Dark Assassin quest. Allowing the owner to live in Francois Motierre\'s old house.

Mod Clashes/Collisions:
This mod shouldn't clash with any mods that DON'T:
*Change the layout of Francis Motierre's house (don't think any exist yet!).
Requirements:
A PC/Mac running Oblivion!
No DLC or mods required at all!
Overview:
This mod basically adds a key, a letter and some money for those who want a reward personally from Francois Mortierre after The Dark Assassin quest for the Dark Brotherhood.
This mod allows the player to move in and store all their goods in the non-respawnable containers and sleep in the bed on the top floor.
Instructions:
Enter Francois Motierre's house as normal and go to the desk on the 1st floor (2nd if you are American) and take the key, letter and money. You have deserved it!
Requests:
If you guys think something needs to be changed I may consider it in a future release.
