This has been a long-running joke between me and a friend, but given that it's entertained me for so long, I thought someone else might also find it funny.
This is a spell that when cast temporarily paralyzes everyone nearby - causing them all to fall over at once. The paralysis only last for a few seconds, and when they get up they tend to be a little upset, but I've yet to get bored of casting it in crowded spaces, and it's pretty good as far as defensive measures go. It doesn't need a target - just cast and giggle. Ignores all reflection and absorption efforts by NPCs, for maximum affect.
This spell can be bought from an NPC on the waterfront - look for a dark elf woman with blue-ish hair hanging around with the pirates. She'll also train you in illusion, if your skill level is below 25.
Created using vanilla Oblivion everything, so it should be compatible with just about anything. The only cell altered is a slight tweak to the abandoned shack on the waterfront.
