This is my very first mod, that will add a basement to the Bruma house. Read full description for more details.

My very first PUBLISHED mod. the mod add a basement to the player owned Bruma home. But, trust it's better than a basement that's just all i could think to call it last night when i was finishing it up.
I made the mod because i was tired of having to the bland old house and i didn't want anything too big. So i have added two guest rooms for your CM partners you gain along the way to have a place to stay. Then i was like well I don't think too many people will have more than 4 CM partners so i had one room i could play around with, so i made it a smithy. There you will find the blacksmith Aaron. He can sell you armor, weapons, and quite a bit of repair hammers. But' really this is just a Basic mod and i do hope you like it.
Please leave feedback and suggestion on how i can improve it or tell me of any bugs you find.

Just an .esp file so no new textures or meshes YET. And it's packaged with 7-zip so will probably need that and i recommend Obmm
And one more thing sorry about not having screen shots don't really now how to take them but will take suggestions for that too.
