I found this on the internet and could't find it on this website so I thought I might add it for all of the people who love WOT (wheel of time like me) so ya.
-Compatibility:
Fully compatible with all mods as-is.
-Installation:
Expand the archive file into your Oblivion\ folder and allow to overwrite folders when prompted. Enable the *esp (under Data Files) and launch game.
-Game Play:
Item is located in the basement of the Inn of Ill Omen in a player owned chest. Item is unenchanted. Item is classified as blunt.
