UPDATE For those who curiously could not find the giant fleshy pod in the southeast corner of the testing hall, I shrunk the pod, and moved it in front of the door to hawkhaven.
To find this overpowered ring from Oblivion itself, Go to the Testing Hall, and look For the unmissable Fleshy Pod. Please tell me what you think. This is my first Mod. Sorry for the mis-spelling, i was a little tired while making this mod.
