Adds an asterisk to the start of the title of all skill books.

This is a small mod that adds and asterisk ( * ) to the start of the title of all skill books so the player will know that the book is a skill book. I was always frustrated that I needed to open each and every book to see if it was a skill book, and was looking for a mod that made them identifiable at a glance. I couldn't find anything to my liking, so I created this.
It shouldn't be incompatible with any other mods, but if it is, please let me know.
