There are some mods that already patch OCOv2 with the Unofficial Patches, but I wasn't satisfied with the quality after reviewing them in TES4Edit. That's why I've made my own.
If the version numbers of the Unofficial Patches increase from 3.5.6b, 1.5.9a and 24, or OCOv2 gets updated, please post a comment and let me know. I'm tracking them myself, though I don't always check, or I might not be playing oblivion at the time.

Oblivion Character Overhaul - Advanced Edition
Oblivion Character Overhaul Cleaned - OCO Cleaned
Description
- Replaces the Oblivion Character Overhaul v2 esp, with a version compatible with the Unofficial Patches.
- Created entirely with TES4Edit.
- OCOv2 without this, or a similar mod, will overwrite all of the fixes made by the unofficial patches when it comes to NPC records.
- No merge changes relating to FaceGen Data, Hair Length/Style or eyes. This is the core of what OCOv2 changes in relation to NPC records.
- OCOv2 changes the gender of certain Dremora NPCs. Gender changes from OCOv2 are preserved. Stat changes (health, willpower, endurance, etc) due to gender change are preserved as well.

- DLCs including: Knights of the Nine, Horse Armor Pack, Orrery, Thieves Den and Wizard's Tower (if you bought the game on GOG or steam, you have these)
- Unofficial Oblivion Patch v3.5.6b+
- Unofficial Shivering Isles Patch v1.5.9a+
- Unofficial Oblivion DLC Patches v24+
- Oblivion Character Overhaul v2.03
