None of the patches for this issue completely worked for me. So i made this super simple super ezpz fix! Yoooou're welcome :3

Quick thing before you install this thing, see that its not working, and smack your face on the keyboard, typing up a long, angery rant on how "dis no wurk", please keep in mind that you need to load the .esp files AFTER all other mods, just to be sure it's not being overridden by anything. It should work swimmingly after you do that! To do so, if you don't know how, just slap it at the end of your load order in NMM/Vortex, or whatever you might use for load order stuff.


UwU wuts dis dooo?
Making this thing took literally 30 seconds. This is SUPER simple, and does not add any fancy scripts or textures, alter any NPCs or Items. All i did was REMOVE the owner of the shop and checked the little box next to "Public" for M A X I M U M   O P E N - N E S S . The place should be open and stuff now, though i'm not sure if it will now ever close... Maybe not. But hey, at least entering is not a crime.

Speaking of which, why is this heckin' doohickey needed in the first heckin' place????
Well, those heckin' doods over at Bethesda spill a coffee on a keyboard while making the Battlehorn Castle DLC, and SOMEHOW made Mystic Emporium all gunked up. So there's a bug and it makes Mystic Emporium never open for nothin'. Yet somehow, she stays in business. Don't worry about all that, because BAM!!! I FIXED IT! BY BREAKING IT!!

Now, with my handy-dandy mod, you can walk on in, no problem. Maybe you have to unlock it first, maybe with the "unlock" console command, but hey! After that, no problem, just walk on in! An added perk is that, since there is no owner for the interior space, welp! You can just take all the poop in there, snaggin' it for yerself, no consequences! It doesn't alter the Basement or the Private Quarters, so you can't go snoopy doopying around the heckin' place, stealing things, thas not gud. This only effects the MAIN SHOP interior. (Un?)Fortunately for us, you can just snatch those cool feather boots and those sweet heckin' pants. Man, those are some nice pants, Laura!

This mod makes the initial store interior of Mystic Emporium in the Imperial City Market District, which is bugged with the installation of Battlehorn Castle (aka. the Fighter's Stronghold) so that it is perpetually closed, instead always OPEN. However, a side-effect of this is that everything on display in the initial store interior is up for grabs by the player. However, i think free stuff is better than no store to buy all the upgrades for Frostcrag Spire or enchanting goods. Or spells. I did not touch the other Mystic Emporium interiors, so those are still locked up, and entering them is trespassing. But its fixed. So you're welcome. Also, those pantaloons are, indeed, of excellent quality, Laura.




Installation
Slap that .esp doohickey into yer data folder! Done!

Uninstallation
Wow, rude, okay. Just delete the .esp file. Dunno why you'd want to, unless it somehow doesn't work, but okay. Rude.

Compatibility
This mod is obviously incompatible with anything that alters the parameters of that specific interior. You should be able to subvert all incompatibility issues by simply moving this .esp file to the BOTTOM, or end, of your load order, so that it is the last file to load as the game initializes. "Smart" words are not my strong suit.
