Have you played through Oblivion and noticed that some NPC's don't do anything at all? They stand in place 24/7 and do nothing for the rest of their lives. This mod fixes that, and gives these overlooked NPCs some new script packages so they may live their lives once again!

NPC's Affected:
- Maglir; for all three locations he'll be staying at throughout the Fighters Guild. Also, if he somehow survives during "The Hist" the guards will come and cut him down. - Jee Tah - K'sharr; heads on down to the Waterfront to stay and converse with his fellow thieves. - Essential Cheydinhal Guard; Takes a break for Gods' sake! - Tandilwe; heads out to the Tiber Septim Hotel occasionally for a rest and break. - Kvatch Guards & Ilav Dralgoner (optional - see files section); Will comfort and protect the survivors, and some guards will take trips to the chapel. - Denel and Skaleel; no longer rotting away in Vahtacen, return to the University when the quest is completed to continue their studies.
Note that some conditions may not function adequately on existing saves, depending on quest progress.
