Fixes the double necromancer amulet that makes it impossible to continue the mages guild quest. It removes the "Quest item" tag for them so you can drop one of them and continue the mages guild questline. Problem is that the quest expects you to have x=1 and not x=>1. Since you have 2, then the requirements (x=1) are not met and thus making it impossible to complete the quest since you can't drop one of the amulets because they are quest items and quest items can't be removed.
This mod makes it so that the amulet is not a quest item. Once you completed the quest, you should remove this mod since it only wastes one space of mods for the rest of the game. Or you can leave it and use the second amulet as yours.
