Golden Leaf is a Leyawiin style one cell forest house. With old stone walls, blue & orange enigmatic and eerie breeze atmosphere. Upper class decorated, in the Great Forest. Between Skingrad and Imperial City, very close to Clavicus Vile Shrine.

Golden Leaf is a Leyawiin style one cell forest house. With old stone walls, blue & orange enigmatic and eerie breeze atmosphere.
Upper class decorated,in the Great Forest. Between Skingrad and Imperial City, very close to Clavicus Vile Shrine.
Visible map marker added.
House is companion friendly, paths added full in the house. They can explore house and use furnitures.
You can find extra keys in the silverware cupboard at the main hall.
No items or furnitures has a owner.
No quest added. Not much events going on. There is a fireplace activator button making fire on/off.
There are no OP items, quest items, skill books, npc, events in this house.
Oblivion resources used. (Fireplace using meshes, textures from Shivering Isles DLC)
Made mod clean with TES4Edit.
There are three large display cases around for those best and rare.
Two guest rooms, storage area, master bedroom and basic alchemy room.
There is no basement right now. Designed with minimalistic approch, but it is not dull or empty.
Moving in house without obstacles on my way is was very important.
(Looking that coffe table in Benirus manor, right in front of the front door.)

Golden Leaf is an abandoned manor.
Key for the entrance is in the Old Chest behind the manor, near the rock.

Storage containers in the house, -hopefully- enough numbers. They are safe, non-respawn. Only few respawning.
Covered pot at the dinner area is not safe, ( Named with 'SPWN' ) respawn some random foods and drinks.
Recycle Bin also respawn for removing garbage items, outside the manor.
Old Chest outside the manor is respawning, producing house key when needed, each 3 days.
Made new ID containers and activator ( fireplace button ) they will not affect other places or be affected by other mods.

Compatibility

This mod is not compatible with mods if they are editing same area.
Did not change exterior much, only house building, chest for the key placed and few paths edited.
But still may not be compatible.
I do not have much mods loaded. Only some texture replacements from Roberts males-females,
CaptNKILLs NonTiling, Unofficial patches and SDskilldiary. I can not tell if/how mods will affect house.
I heard there are light mods affecting interiors, Real Lights for example.
So it is possible see it overbright, weird.
I took screenshoots in my game.
Worked very long on lights to find my ideal darkness, blue-orange effect, also able to see important things, areas.
I mostly satisfied, not fully. I can tell it is most hard part on house mods.
Ambient lights used mostly, to avoid so much flickering effects on candles and ugly yellow green lights on walls
if lights used over numbered in each other range.
HDR and bloom lighting was not enable in my game.
