Adds a Cirno Fumo into Oblivion. Can be found in the Arena Bloodworks in a barrel.

I was learning how to import models into oblivion, so I used the Open Source "Cirno Fumo" Model by RenaFox, which can be found right here:

I converted the Obj. File to a .Nif file, then put 9 into a barrel inside the Arena Bloodworks, which can be found next to the boar pen, past the Grand Champion.
This addon is mostly a joke, so don't take it too seriously. And do note - because the models were 3d scanned, the underside doesn't have any textures. I'm sorry.
