About this mod

Although I deeply appreciate the new version 066 of Morroblivion, I fear it has drifted too much toward an Oblivion aesthetic, with Oblivion-style grass and trees. Restore the starker, alien-like quality of Morrowind with this mod! Also, fixes a few bugs...

The Oblivion-style grass and trees in version 066 of Morroblivion really change the atmosphere of Morrowind for me, so I have tried to restore the original Morrowind style trees, still included in the build, and have eliminated most of the grass in the landscape textures.  Additionally, I have included a few bug fixes and enhancements as follows:

Morroblivion - Update includes bug fixes and enhancements:  Removes damage health from the Hair Shirt of St. Aralor so that when Uvoo Llaren equips it she doesn't constantly lose health and go unconscious (oracus0); Restores Morroblivion's Census and Excise Office (oracus0) in Seyda Neen to function as it did in Morrowind (looting small items is not theft, and there is no additional guard to watch you); CTD fix, removing symphony fabricant (ponyrider0); Essential Mudcrab Merchant (frond); Mirisa Fix (frond).

Morroblivion - Tree Restorer is based on work by ponyrider0 for the implementation of Vurt's Trees.  A new distant lod was generated using TES4LODGen.  Please be sure to delete the DistantLOD folder bundled with Morroblivion v066, and do not activate the Tree Replacer plugin.

Morroblivion - No Grass removes the Oblivion-stlye grass from most of the world.  The grass around the Bitter Coast muck, and some areas where Oblivion land textures were used still have animated grass. The plugin is dependent upon Dagger Galore a Patch for Morroblivion, which also changes grasses, and includes many bug fixes and improvements as well, so it is recommended!  It is surprising how much atmosphere such a small change restores to the landscape!
