This mod applies the "Always +5" effect expected by the Oblivion community in Leveling and balance mods, in addition to the following changes aiming to make Leveling more immersive and less of a chore:

Acrobatics - Jump XP increased from 0.3 to 0.4 - Fall XP increased from 3 to 4
Alchemy - Ingredient consumption XP increased from 0.5 to .75
Alteration - Casting XP reduced from 4 to 3
Armorer - Swing XP increased from 1.5 to 1.625
Athletics - Running XP increase from 0.03 to 0.045 - Swimming XP increased from 0.04 to 0.06
Blade - Hit Target XP increased from .5 to .625
Block - Block XP increased from 1.25 to 1.4
Blunt - Hit Target XP increased from .5 to .625
Destruction - Casting XP increased from 1.2 to 1.5
Hand-to-Hand - Hit Target XP increased from 0.6 to 0.75
Illusion - Casting XP increased from 3 to 4
Marksman - Hit Target XP increased from 0.8 to 1.125
Mercantile - Transaction XP increased from 0.4 to 0.5
Mysticism - Casting XP increased from 3 to 5
Sneak - Pick-Pocket XP increase from 2 to 4.5
Restoration - Casting XP increased from 0.6 to 1.2
Speechcraft - Mini-game XP increased from 2.4 to 3
