About this mod

Adds a small mining town north of Chorrol, on the road to cloud top. Has a house for sale (27,511 base price), mages & fighters guildhall for blades only, and working gold mine. NPCs have full daily schedules, some of whom are merchants or offer other services (repair, recharge, spells, training). Should be UL compatible. Cleaned w/ TESEdit.

Nonwyll House:
The town hall, which contains the Nonwyll barracks (24h guard patrol) and is the residence of:
-Govenor Ghadiya, who buys/sells a variety of goods, including the deed to Nonwyll Heights (player house, base price of 27,511 gold)
-Hisham, offering recharge services
-Aurunur, a gold trader who sells gold nuggets and leveled gold jewelry (both unenchanted and enchanted)
-The steward, offering repair services
-Sister Sorina, who sells a typical range of priest spells.

Nonwyll Gold Mine:
According to the Countess of Chorrol, "County Chorrol is rich in mines and timber, wool and mutton, and hard-working people."
So I added a gold mine with respawning gold veins (you are free to mine the veins for nuggets - might prove quite profitable in the early game). The mine is operated by miners who use Fine Mining Rakes, which are similar to heavy rakes the laborers in the Mehrunes Razor DLC use.

Nonwyll Heights:
Not to be confused with Nonwyll House. This player home comes with a shelf full of books (including skill books), alchemical station, and enchanting/spell-making stations (that only appear once you have access to the arcane university). Lots of storage, several display cases, and 2 bedrooms.

Wind Guardian Hall:
A guildhall for mages and fighters who are also members of the blades; you can only enter if you've joined the blades, though you do not have to join a guild to access the building. Droz sells spells and recharges items, Majid sells a variety of magic-related goods, Vadevus repairs items and offers training in blade (up to L50), and Serbera sells arms and armor. The guildhall also has a shrine to Talos.

Arzo-Ta's Bed & Breakfast For Traders:
The name says it all; only merchants (i.e. not you) reside at the bed and breakfast . Note that this establishment is locked from the hours of 12am to 8am. Arzo-Ta sells food and drink, while Ponders-the-air offers training in mysticism (L50). Aredus has 2500 gold and buys/sells every type of good (he sells rare items) but has an expert mercantile skill. Rtasha has 1500 gold and is a fence who also sells rare items (journeyman mercantile skill, only available when you reach shadowfoot rank).

Nonwyll Miners' Residence:
It's where the laborers reside.
