Added an updated mod that adds a sack inside of Squandered Mine that contains 5 Empty Grand Soul Gems as it will save the player going back to Skingrad to get the 5 empty grand soul gems and then go back to Drakelowe for the Cure For Vampirism Quest.
The difference between V1.1, V1.2 and V1.3.
V1.1 - You don't get the sack inside of Squandered Mine and it's a pain to trek to Skingrad as a Vampire to get the 5 empty grand soul gems and then trek back to Drakelowe for the Cure For Vampirism Quest.
V1.2 - You get everything in 1.1 as well as the sack inside of Squandered Mine to make it easy on the vampire player to get the 5 Empty Grand Soul Gems saving the player going to Rosethorn Hall and back. Quick and easy for the Cure For Vampirism Quest.
V1.3 - Is the same as V1.2 but without the Chameleon enchantment.

DESCRIPTION
This mod gives you the ultimate ring which can be found on the top floor inside of Rosethorn Hall located in Skingrad.
To get access to the house. First you need to purchase the house or use the console to gain quick access.
While the Oblivion game is running, stand in front of Rosethorn Hall door and Press Tilde "~", when the console is open left click on the door and type "Unlock" without quotations, press enter on your keyboard and then the door will be unlocked. Press Tilde "~" again to close the console. Go inside the house and go straight to the top floor. As you walk in to the bedroom you will notice a desk to your left, go around that desk to the other side and you will see two chests. Mine is the one on the left side. I have thoroughly tested this myself and everything works as it should.
Inside the chest you will get:
The Ultimate Ring which gives the wearer:
4,000 Fortify Fatigue,
4,000 Fortify Health,
4,000 Fortify Magicka,
100% Resist Disease,
100% Resist Fire,
100% Resist Frost,
100% Resist Magic,
100% Resist Normal Weapons,
100% Resist Paralysis,
100% Resist Poison,
100% Resist Shock,
183 Feather on Self Constantly,
100% Fire Shield,
100% Frost Shield,
100% Shield,
100% Shock Shield,
Water Breathing constantly on Self (so you can go under water without drowning),
100% Chameleon,
100% Reflect Damage, and finally
100% Reflect Spell.
It isn't just a ring that you'll be getting,.....
Also inside the chest you'll also be getting:
7,777,777 Gold (Septims) to help you get started on your new journey in Tamriel,
1,000 Empty Black Soul Gems,
1,000 Empty Grand Soul Gems,
1,000 Grand Filled Black Soul Gems,
1,000 Grand Filled Grand Soul Gems,
1,000 Varla Stones, and finally,
1,000 Welkynd Stones.
REQUIREMENTS
This mod requires that you have the base game of Oblivion. The DLC's are not necessary but are recommended.
INSTALLATION
For manual installation:
Open the archive, and drag and drop the esp file into to your data folder.
This is where mine is located: F:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Oblivion\Data
Open the Oblivion Launcher and check my mod to activate it.
For Mod Manager Users:
Install this mod with your favourite mod manager: NMM / Vortex / MO2 / Wrye Bash etc.
Make sure this mod is active in your mod manager.
If you use Wrye Bash, feel free to add Bash Tags (if you know what you're doing).
PERMISSIONS
This mod is solely exclusive to Nexus Mods. If you find this mod on any other mod site, then it has been stolen.
My mods will only be available on Nexus Mods.

FAQ's
Q. What is the purpose of this mod?
A. It is supposed to help with new playthrough's and current playthrough's of Oblivion.
The items in the chest are there for when the player is in need of them.
Take for instance the ultimate ring. It gives all sorts of cool active effects. It blocks against everything which has already been mentioned in the description. Fair enough in the picture it says Feather 9,000 points on self, in my game it says Feather 193 points on self. I don't know what's going on with that one particular enchantment.
The Frost Shield is for when you get Tears Of The Savior Quest from S'drassa in Leyawiin Mages Guild. During this quest you have to travel to Frostfire Glade and the cold there will eat away at your health. Nord Race only grants 50% resistance to frost. Equipping my ring will give you 100% Resistance to Frost constantly even being in Frostfire Glade collecting Garridan's Tears you'll still be protected by the Resistance To Frost Enchantment.
The empty grand soul gems are to help with the Cure For Vampirism Quest where the Glenmoral Coven Witch asks for 5 Empty Grand Soul Gems. You can just go back to Rosethorn Hall pick up the soul gems and go back to her.
Empty black soul gems help with a Daedra quest where the Daedric Prince Vaermina asks for an empty black soul gem.
Water breathing helps with the quest Through A Nightmare Darkly where you have to swim underwater and the potions only give water breathing for 30 seconds my ring gives water breathing constantly so you won't have to rely on potions.
Grand Filled Black Soul Gems and Grand Filled Grand Soul Gems help with keeping your enchanted items full of charge so you can keep using your favourite enchanted weapons and armours.
Welkynd stones help with a master trainer Martina Floria in the Arcane University who asks for 10 of those Welkynd Stones to train you in Illusion. They also help with the Fingers Of The Mountain Quest from Chorrol Mages Guild if you give the book to Earana to learn the spell Finger Of The Mountain.
Welkynd Stones also help with keeping your magicka bar full especially when you don't have any Potions of Sorcery in your inventory.
The massive sum of gold is to help the player with purchasing the higher end armour or any armour that they can find useful, can also purchase homes without worrying about the cost, can also buy the upgrades with ease of mind knowing that you're not going to run out of gold anytime soon, can help with enchanting, spell making, etc.
Q. Can you add / remove x enchantment to / from your ring?
A. Yes I can. It depends on what enchantment you want me to add or remove.
