Adds more Light and Night-Eye spells. Changes starting spells for characters choosing Illusion as a starting skill.

Why this mod was made:
✰ There isn't any way to cast Light or Night-Eye spells for a short period of time in the vanilla game, or specifically dispel them.
- A mage who understands these spells should realistically be able to decide how long they want to cast them for.
- You could already dispel Light and Night-Eye spells by Waiting for an hour/Fast Traveling, or using the 'Dispel' Magic Effect.
- Using 'Dispel' is not ideal as this is from a different magic school and it also removes all effects on your character including positive ones.
✰ The Vanilla game only has a few Light and Night-Eye spells actually available.
What this mod does:
✰ Adds many more Light and Night-Eye Spells for different use cases.
All Light/Night-Eye spells (vanilla and the ones from this mod) have been perfectly balanced.
The new spells are mostly acquired the same way vanilla spells/spell tomes/scrolls are.
✰ Adds spells to dispel Light and Night-Eye without worrying about dispelling any other effects.
These new spells are in the same magic school (Illusion).
This helps to make your character feel more like a Luminist/Illusionist.
✰ Makes the Khajiit Night-Eye Lesser Power 'Eye of Night' toggleable and last forever instead of having to recast it every 30 seconds.
Cast the spell to turn on/off.
Simple and hassle-free.
Makes any other mod doing the same thing redundant.
✰ Changes starting Light Spells for characters choosing Illusion as a Starting Skill.
✰ Changes all Light Spell Tome icons to look like this:

✰ I have included an optional file which changes the Light Magic Effect icon to look like this: (this icon is from Custom Spell Icons)

✰ I have included optional files which alter 'Open' Spells:
(So you'll be nudged to use 'Searchlight' or a similar spell instead of 'Open Very Easy Lock' to light your way.)
- Open Spells on Touch: Makes the 4 Standard Open Spells and 'The Unwelcome Guest' Touch instead of Target.
- Open Spells More Magicka: Doubles the Base Cost of Open Spells. Does not specifically edit 'The Unwelcome Guest,' although its cost is increased.
- Open Spells More Magicka on Touch: Doubles the Base Cost of Open Spells. Makes the 4 Standard Open Spells and 'The Unwelcome Guest' Touch instead of Target.
