This mod adds spells to leveled spell lists, that are used to determine what spells enemies may know and use. Spells added are vanilla spells, and spells added by the official Spell Tomes DLC. Some spells had only Novice level spells, so they were given stronger variants to be used by higher level enemies.
Enemies now have a chance of knowing spells like Absorb Magicka, Drain Fatigue, Damage Attribute, and more.
Couple of changes were made to make spellcasters slightly more intelligent. Dispel Self was removed from some lists, since enemies may use it to dispel all spells, even beneficial ones cast by themselves, like Shield. Conjurers had their Bound Weapons taken away, since they kept constantly recasting them yet still running away, wasting magicka and reducing their effectiveness, when they could be casting other spells instead.
