Train Marksman skill on the targets that exist in-game

Have you ever joined the in-game mercenary company called "The Fighters Guild"? It is not a guild, but it uses that name. In the basement of their branches they have training dummys and hay targets to shoot arrows into.
The developers read The Elder Scrolls and forgot all about both those targets and also about the concept of "role playing game."
There is an older mod called "Setsuna Dummy Training" that lets you shoot at targets and fight with dolls and get increase in combat skills. The problem with that mod is that you get an increase in skill just by looking at a target and push the attack button. But they didn't have OBSE's event handlers back then. (Setsuna Dummy Training is not needed for this mod to work)
This mod solves that.
You can shoot at any item that has a #target painted on it and the #dolls that hang in the basements of the fighters' "guild" local branches. (any such target, wherever you find it, it depends on the name of the model in the data directory)
But I have added a bonus! You can also shoot on the #trophy heads of animals people have hung on their walls in their homes.
And I added a second bonus, any #book or #bottle or #food item can also be used for target practice! So if you tell one of those kids from Children of Cyrodiil to stand still and put an apple on his head, you can shoot at that apple, and get Marksman training if you hit the apple!
+To train with an apple, you must have it in your inventory first, then drop it and place it where you want it.
+To start the training, you need to hold a bow in your hand, and look at the target. The target will #flash when it is ready to shoot on. When you draw your bow, a small #message will show in the upper left corner telling you the distance to the target. If your skill is above that, you will get no skill increase from shooting at it. If your skill is below it, say you are Novice in Marksman, and the target is at Journeyman distance, you will get double bonus experience for shooting at it.
+Optional, when enemies are close by, training does not work. Turn on/off in ini.
+Optional, when NPC is standing in front of target, training on that target does not work (but others yes)
I have also added that your bow #sways when you have an arrow drawn to turn it into a mini game. To turn it off, open the console and type "set DummyBowSwayQ.turnoff to 1"
Optional: bow sway in #combat can be set in the ini (adds very much immersion)
In the ini-file you decide the distance for different skill gains. A small item like a bottle requires half the distance of a hay target to get the same skill increase.
