Fixes the D-pad navigation when using NorthernUIAway (Vanilla Style) and Link++

This is just a simple edit of the options_menu.xml file found in NorthernUIAway (Vanilla Style).
Link++ adds a "Mods" button below "Controls" in the options menu. When you navigate down with the D-pad; it will skip "Mods" and go to "Gamepad" instead. An additional press of the down button will take the focus to "Mods" and pressing it a final time will do nothing; you have to press up to return to "Controls" and start the loop all over.
All I did to fix this was change the up and down navigation values to go in the right order of the menu items when LINK Plus Plus is installed.
Requirements:

Installation:
Mod Manager: Should be compatible with any mod manager but was tested with Mod Organizer 2 in mind.
Manual: If you must install manually, install NorthernUIAway (Vanilla Style) and LINK Plus Plus first and then drop the menus folder found inside this archive into your Data folder and allow all overwrites.
Uninstall:
Mod Manager: If using Mod Organizer 2 simply remove the mod as you would any other. Use the equivalent uninstall process for any other mod manager.
Manual: Reinstall NorthernUIAway (Vanilla Style) and allow all overwrites.
