An imperfect, very quick-and-dirty fix for the incompatibility between the Unofficial Oblivion Patch's Oblivion Citadel Door Fix.esp and Servant of the Dawn, as reported by LOOT.

At the time of writing, LOOT currently reports an incompatibility between the Unofficial Oblivion Patch Oblivion Citadel Door Fix.esp and the quest mod Servant of the Dawn.esp. Doing a quick inspection of the two plugins in TES4Edit, I think I was able to pinpoint the issue to a single reference in Servant of the Dawn that points to the base game citadel door object. UOP modifies the size/position of that object such that it is no longer properly placed in Servant of the Dawn, sitting a foot or two in front of the door frame itself.
It's a purely visual problem as best I can tell, but I figured it shouldn't be that difficult to fix it. So I fired up the Construction Set for my first time ever (I've some experience with the Morrowind, Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas, Skyrim, and Fallout 4 iterations of the tool, but not Oblivion's) and poked at it until I could get it looking mostly okay. I have to emphasize "mostly," because it's not perfect. In particular, the fully opened door clips through the edges of the door frame slightly (see the images for details). But until someone with more talent than me takes a look at it, it's better than nothing, I guess.
