We all wanted to do it! This mod makes the sewers location in the Crumbling Mines near Chorrol accessible. In vanilla, you can only glimpse the sewers from an unfinished tunnel. It' s a great piece of world building and tells a cool story, but a shame that there is no way ever to get in that section (if you noclip, you'll notice it's unfinished and not designed for gameplay).
I wanted a way to sneak into Chorrol the same way you can sneak into other cities in Cyrrodyl via sewers or secret passages, and this was the perfect location to do it. Since the area was never meant to be accessed, I did a bit of work to hide the clipping and make it look decent. I also added two exits to Chorrol, see below.
EXIT 1: THE CHORROL DUNGEONS
This was the first exit I made, I figured this would be the most likely target the bandits were aiming for. The door leads to a secret tunnel that connects to the dungeon, exactly the same as another city.
This could be used for some really cool prison breaks from Chorrol now. It's hard to use as an infiltration route though, as you have to go through the prison and the barracks, so I added another exit for those players with bounties.
EXIT 2: THE OAK AND CROSIER CELLAR
I wasn't too sure where to put this one, so comments welcome :) The logical thing would have been a hatch in the street or a well, but i didn't want to mess with Better Cities, so a basement was the best option. I considered Motierre's basement, but don't know how much it will affect the DB mission. Comments welcome!
It's a generic exit hatch to the basement, same as the ones in the Imperial City that connects to the sewers. You'll be safe from the guards in there, and it's a short sneak distance to the armorer.
INSTALL
Just drop the .esp file in your Data Files folder, and select it in the launcher.
COMPATIBILITY
Works with Better Cities.
Affects the Crumbling Mines, Chorrol Dungeons, and Oak and Crosier basement. Any mods that alter those might conflict.
THINGS TO ADD
There's lots that can be done with this area :) More exits, different exits, quests... If you want to integrate this mod in yours please let me know!
