Clothing: in chest in front of a tree by the claw rock formation
Multiple colour sets that can be mix and matched with no issues
-All Finery and Boots have 1.5 Weight, 100 Value
-All Hoods and Gloves have .5 weight and 100 value
-Amulet has .3 Weight, 1000 Value
Colour sets: based on the Skyrim hold colours plus additional Thane (the original set) and Dark (Dark Brotherhood styled)
Gloves and boots are for use with every set but the Dark gloves and boots work best with Dark set
Notes:
-The esp has been cleaned with TES4edit
-There are no custom icons
-All items are enchanted to add your own in game
-The female meshes have slight odd looking bend at the tops of the arms (something to do with bones I think) as the mesh was the vanilla male mesh reworked for female bodies
-The chest they're found in shouldn't respawn but the sack might so it is not recommended as storage
All items are in 2k (except boots and amulet which are already in 1k) but a version for 1k Normals to help reduce the full set of textures from the 121mb to 77mb is available in optionals (main is still required just let them overwrite them) The textures are all compressed to help reduce this further.
2k diffuse textures I feel are too much for a game as old as for Oblivion but my clothing needs to be for details to show up properly which is why I don't do clothing 1k as I do for other textures. I had planned to do vanilla meshes as well for the female set but when i put it into outfit studio it was actually basically already vanilla and wouldn't have been noticeably different from the HGEC E enough to do. With no bodies in these meshes they're fine with any body shape (though some of the extreme body shapes may look out of place with them)
It's inspired by Skyrim's Jarl's Nord clothing. I imagine Jarls of each hold might wear these (and of course a darker set for people who want darker clothing) assuming third era fashion isn't too different from fourth. Normally I do mods for characters I am using at the time, this one wasn't for a specific character this time however and had several direction changes during it's creation (including when almost all of it was lost) I will likely be using it for one of my own characters in the future as I had a rough ideas for it planned out for a while and wanted to make them and also continue making mods for Oblivion which I feel doesn't get enough modding attention anymore. Texturing armour/clothing is the area i'm weakest in when it comes to texturing (even though most of my mods lately have been exactly that but they're also practice to improve) so as usual these are not my best work but they shouldn't look too bad they're also quite colourful and clean compared to the desaturated textures many may prefer, this has become my style :)
