A reupload of a mod I created in 2008: An expansion and revision of the buyable Rosethorn Hall home in Skingrad.

1. What it is:

An expansion and revision of the buyable Rosethorn Hall home in Skingrad. Many new amenities and a more livable space makes this home worthy of a
well-to-do character of fame.

2. How to install:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After unzipping the files, place the Data folder into your Oblivion directory. Allow files to overwrite originals, and they should then be in their
appropriate places. In the Oblivion launcher, place a check by kalikuts_rosethornhallexpansion.esp to play.
Do not install for use if a player already owns and fully furnished the Rosethorn Hall home.
A player can safely play this mod if Rosethorn Hall is pre-owned as long as it's still unfurnished.
This mod includes meshes and textures from various resources. If you already use some of these resources they can be overwritten without fear of changes
made to the original. Any changes to modders' resources are unique items, placed in a unique folder.

Please contact me, and ask permission, before you consider releasing any part of this mod that is modified from its original format.
There are several new objects that I altered from Bethesda's or Xiamara's resources. Even though it is most likely OK, please double check with me before using them in your own mods.

5. Known Issues & Conflicts:

This house mod is known to conflict with COBL users for Vanilla homes. It does not appear detrimental to your game. It would seem that the alchemy sorter/bench takes precedence over the sofa in the downstairs sitting area.
Testing by me and others did not reveal any other issues so far. No Rosethorn related quests were harmed in the making of this mod.
New interiors in the home created the need for additional furnishing costs. Depending on several factors and mods, the cost of the furniture upgrades could cost you more than 80,000 gold, not including the original cost of the unfurnished home.
