I’ve also made some tweaks to the Adoring Fan’s face. I wasn’t fond of how OCO v1.2 aged him, so I decided to make him look a bit younger, as I think he’s meant to resemble a teenager.
Installation
Just drop the .esp file in your data folder and set it anywhere below Oblivion_Character_Overhaul.esp in your load order.
