Allow using NorthernUI gamepad support to adjust Dynamic Map zoom

Note: Unfortunately this mod does not work with the standard NorthernUI as it handles the Dynamic Map itself and doesn't support zooming the map; you must use 'NorthernUIAway (Vanilla Style)' either on its own or with another UI replacement (See Known Supported UI Mods)

Dynamic Map NorthernUI Controls allows the use of NorthernUI gamepad support to adjust DynamicMap zoom
Please let me know in a comment what UI mods you use, and if this mod is working with them, I will add them to the list of supported/unsupported UI mods
