Adds troops from all over Tamriel who'll aid in defending Bruma if asked. Sometimes you have to pass a fame check to gain the support, though.

So, once upon a time, I made a mod that didn't work titled Imperial Legion Backup. The goal was to add Imperial Legion troops to the Battle of Bruma quest in an organic way. But I knew little about scripting at the time, hence why it didn't work.
However, after learning OBScript (the scripting language of Oblivion), I, at one point, decided to that I wanted to revisit the idea. It only took me about 6 years to do it. But I finally did it.
Introducing Provincial Allies for Bruma.
What Provincial Allies for Bruma does is allow the Player to recruit soldiers from the various provinces of Tamriel by way of envoys in each of the main cities (Except Leyawiin and Kvatch). Some envoys may immediately agree to assist, and others may require a fame check. But for those of you who were underwhelmed by the "army" you assembled in the vanilla game, this mod might scratch that itch.
To recruit soldiers, locate the envoy at the Castle of whatever city you're in during the right time in the MQ, during the day time. The Valenwood envoy in Skingrad is harder to find due to his rather unique schedule, but you should be able to find him.
