Have you ever noticed that the lip movement for beggars is almost always out of synch with what they are saying? This mod replaces the lip synch files for all beggar dialogue, solving the problem.
To install the mod, just extract the contents of the zip folder to your Oblivion\\Data directory. There is no esp file.
