The armor rating is 2.5.
Enchantment
The boots are enchanted with Blinding Speed. This ability gives the player a massive speed boost, but impairs the player's vision. However, a character's magic resistance will dictate the severity of the effect. Your vision will only be affected if you are running. If you are walking, sneaking, or standing still with the boots on your speed and vision will return to normal.
