This was a small annoyance but has been fixed to now only remove the messages made by the
drop lit torches mod.
This mod is designed to replace the old drop lit torches and only includes the no messages
version as now they dont remove incorrect messages.
Known issues

- Equipping a Staff does not drop the equipped torch. This bug was not introduced by this
fix. Its always been present. (Looks like only fix would require OBSE functions)
