About this video
Basically I am stuck in 3rd person, and cannot direct my player with mouse, it just floats around him, and help would be really appreciated. I have a forum post on it, thanks.

I have the same problem ...
In my game it happens when I'm in 3th person sitting in an interior space. When I get up I have the problem you describe. My solution is to put myself in 1th person - where the camera movement is even worse - then make a savegame and reboot the game with this savegame after which everything is fine again. No idea why ??

Sorry for the late reply, 'ZZZO2' managed to find a solution, i turned out my mouses scroll button was permenantly on, causing Oblivion's vanity camera to be on permenantly on which I somehow didn't even notice. But thankyou anyway :)
