Post-processing -> Depth of Field: 4 options: 1. Depth of field focal distance 2. Depth of field f-stop 3. Depth of field blade count 4. Depth of field min f-stop
The neat thing is being able to set it up so you don't have to use it purely as a 'photo mode' feature. I like how the game Destiny does a slight out-of-focus blur on your firearms, so I set myself up a little DoF preset to slightly blur out my weapons in Oblivion - gotta focus on the target!

May I ask what you are using to take the screenshots and hide the HUD? Is it Unreal Engine unlocker, by chance?
Yup, the latest version of UUU for everything: camera, HUD, lighting, colors, etc.
