Race Changes:



Breton: 
-Breton Magic Resistance bonus reduced from 50% to 25%
-Breton Enhanced Magicka bonus reduced from +50 to +20

Altmer:
-High Elf Enhanced Magicka bonus reduced from +100 to +40
-High Elf Elemental Weakness penalty reduced from 25% weakness to each element to 10% to each element

Argonian: 
-Argonian Poison Immunity has had it's name changed to Argonian Poison Resistance, and its bonus has been reduced from 100% to 50%
-New Passive Ability: Argonian Hist Blessing, +20 to total magicka, +25 to total Fatigue.

Orc: 
-Orc Magic Resistance has had its name changed to Orc Resilience, its Magicka Resistance has been reduced from 25% to 15% and gained a bonus of +10 Endurance.

Imperials:
-The Voice of the Emperor greater power is now a lesser power with no cooldown on touch (from on target), still +30 charm for 30 secs
-New passive ability: Roots of Cyrodiil, 25 Fatigue and Magicka Fortification, 10 Personality Fortification

Wood Elf:
-The Beast Tongue greater power has become a lesser power and been buffed significantly, now effecting creatures up to level 25 (max level) for 180 secs (three minutes) at a cost of 60 Magicka and Damage Fatigue 60

Dark Elf:
-Dark Elf Fire Resistance has been renamed to Dark Elf Battle Readiness, its fire resist reduced from +75% to +45% with an added +5% Shield effect



Birthsign Changes

The Apprentice: 
-The Apprentice ability confers an additional 100 Magicka and 5 to Magicka regeneration, but gives you a 50% Weakness to Magic.

The Atronach: 
-With the Atronach ability you won't regain Magicka over time. Instead, you can absorb 50% of incoming spells. You also have your Endurance fortified by 15, and your base Magicka fortified by 150.

The Lady:
-The Lady's Blessing sustains you in battle, restoring 2 points of both Magicka and Fatigue per second, while fortifying Health by 20 points.

The Lord: 
-The Lord has received a minor change: its Blood of the North lesser power (Restore Health +6 over 15 secs) has become a passive heal at half the power (Restore Health +3, Passive). Its weakness to fire remains unchanged

The Lover: 
-The Lover's empathy and compassion burn brightly in your heart, fortifying your Personality by an additional 20. You also gain the Lover's Caress lesser power, a touch spell which restores an ally's Health by 60 for 2 seconds, costing you 100 Fatigue.

The Mage:
-The Mage ability confers a bonus of 100 points to your Magicka, and a bonus of 10 to Intelligence.

The Ritual:
-The Ritual has received a minor change: The Blessed Word lesser power has had its duration reduced from 60 to 10. It now has an area of 10 and is a touch spell that doesn't require contact to 'explode'. Its cost has been halved. Mara's gift has been changed from +200 immediately to +10 over an extended period. Finally, Those born under this sign are granted a bonus to their restoration (+20) and a drain on their conjuration (-10).

The Serpent: 
-Those born under the Serpent are blessed with 50% Resistance to Poison. They also gain a lesser power to damage a target's Poison Resistance by 100%, and damages Health and Fatigue by 10 points per second for 10 seconds. This power costs 100 Fatigue.

The Shadow: 
-Those born under The Shadow have the ability to shroud themselves in darkness, granting Invisibility and boosting their Speed by 50 for 10 seconds. This lesser power costs 100 Fatigue.

The Steed:
-The Steed ability grants 15 Speed and Athletics, and grants a bonus to Fatigue regeneration. You also learn Freedom, a lesser power that Feathers you by 100 and boosts Speed by 25 for 30 seconds. This lesser power costs 100 Fatigue.

The Thief: 
The Thief ability grants 15 points to both Agility and Luck. Also grants the greater power Spree, to gain 75% Chameleon, and 50 points to your Security and Speed, for 60 seconds once a day.

The Tower: 
-With the Tower Key lesser power those born under The Tower may open doors or containers of Average lock level or less. They also gain the Riposte lesser power, allowing them to Reflect Damage by 15% for 20 seconds, at the cost of 100 Fatigue.

The Warrior: 
-The Warrior ability grants a bonus of 15 to Strength and Speed, and 40 to Health. Those born under this sign also gain the Enrage lesser power, draining 40 Health and damaging their Fatigue by 50, to boost their Strength and Speed by 15 for 20 seconds.
