Simply drop the mp3 file into: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data\Music\Explore- It has come to my attention that drag and dropping the files into the music directory doesn't word like it did with the old game. Please bear with me while I look for a fix. Feel free to track the mod in the meantime.
