🤩 THE SOLUTION: Change all leveled items to have the same stats as the highest level variant.
✔️ RETROACTIVE: Works on existing saves. Base stats are raised on all types. Leveled lists were not touched at all.
✔️ DELUXE SUPPORT: Adds optional support for the Deluxe Edition. Still requires the main file.
🗙 NO GENERIC ITEMS: Does not delevel generic items that you can find on enemies that respawn (such as Golden Saint gear)
🧙♂️ SPELLS: Fingers of the Mountain, Wizard's Furym Essence Drain (Bloodworm Helmet) as an optional file. (Keep in mind, this means they will be master level spells and cost a lot).
💾 INSTALLATION: Simply add to Oblivion Remastered/OblivionRemastered/Content/Dev/ObvData/Data. Then add LoreBlivion - Items Deleveled.esp to plugins.txt in that same folder.
💾 DELUXE: Simply add to Oblivion Remastered/OblivionRemastered/Content/Dev/ObvData/Data. Then add LoreBlivion - Deluxe Deleveled.esp to plugins.txt in that same folder.

⁉️ DIFFERENCES: How is this different from trainwiz's Unleveled Item Rewards mod? This version is retroactive as it doesn't touch leveled lists but instead makes all variants have the same stats. I think that trainwiz's solution is potentially better for new saves as it probably touches less records. However, it won't work for existing saves where you've already obtained a leveled item.
