Ξ Niben River House Ξ
A small mage tower made using only vanilla assets. Niben River House is located near the Leyawiin, just north of the city.

— Cleaned with xEdit.
Be careful, do not install any mods that use the TestTemple cell!
All containers we are using has no "respawn" checkbox, therefore they should not reset in time.
Requirements

Ξ INSTALL Ξ
Unpack the archive and place HP_NibenRiver.esp into <steam folder>\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data
Update your plugins.txt file by adding the mod name HP_NibenRiver.esp to the last line
Ξ UNINSTALL Ξ
Before uninstalling the mod, empty all containers and exit the interior cell.
