This reshade preset gets you closer to the original, without turning everything green. Brightness and colors are tuned to be seen in HDR, but should also be massively improved in SDR.
1. Activate HDR https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3468647267 This guide gets you to HDR by editing the ini files, or in 2 console commands (disables achievements?) I recommend r.HDR.UI.Luminance 100 For his mod, I have not changed MidLuminance=20, so change this only if you want to change how this mod looks.
2. Install Reshade, choose DX12 and install it in the "Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Win64" folder next to the exe
3. Open the downloaded mod archive, copy the classic_colors_HDR.ini to the same "Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Win64" folder
4. Open Reshade ingame go to Start and righ below click right besides the <> buttons to choose a profile, pick classic_colors_HDR.ini
