Adds 18 new custom spells to Edgars Discount spells in the Imperial Market district!

Yes, I know... there is no Alteration spells; don't worry, I plan on adding more spell mods for each school merchants and more than Novice spells! This is just the start!

Permissions and credits
All 18 spells are tagged as Novice and are fairly cheap to cast. They are all intended to allow easy early game spell casting and leveling! All exclusive to Edgars Discount Spells in the Imperial City market district!

All FormID are in an image, if you want to console command the spells in (no quotes) "Player.addspell FormID"

Spells:

-A Step Closer - Illusion - Self
Base Cost: 28
Effects: Fortify Speed 10, Fortify Sneak 10, Invisibility, Lasts 5 seconds.

-Atronachs Curse - Mysticism - Self
Base Cost: 30
Effects: 5% Resist Magic, 25% Spell Absorb, Stunted Magic, lasts 15 seconds

-Bonfire - Destruction - Touch
Base Cost: 21
Effects: 1 Fire damage per second, Light 10ft, 5% weakness to normal weapons, Lasts 20 seconds.

-Doom Flare - Destruction - Target
Base Cost: 18
Effects: 6 Damage health, 6 Fire damage, 1 second of soul trap.

-Elemental Flare - Destruction - Target 
Base Cost: 23
Effects: 5 Fire damage, 5 Frost damage, 5 Shock damage

-Ghostly Shield - Mysticism - Self
Base Cost: 33
Effects: 10% Reflect Spell, 10% Resist normal weapons, Lasts 10 seconds

-Greater Flare - Destruction - Target
Base Cost: 21
Effects: 6 Fire damage per second for 2 seconds in a 5ft radius 

-Interrupt - Illusion - Touch
Base Cost: 48
Effects: Paralyze for 1 second, Damage speed by 2

-Mage Armor - Restoration - Self
Base Cost: 44
Effects: Fortify Willpower 5, Fortify Magicka 20, Resist magic 10%, Shield 10% (10 armor), Lasts 30 seconds.

-Necromancy - Conjuration - Touch
Base Cost: 40
Effects: Reanimate a corpse for 20 seconds

-Pure Rage - Illusion - Touch
Base Cost: 55
Effects: Fortify Strength 5, Fortify health 10, Frenzy, Shield 5% (5 armor), Lasts 30 seconds.

-Recovery - Restoration - Self
Base Cost: 48
Effects: Fortify Restoration 5, Restore 1 health per second, Restore 1 fatigue per second, Lasts 30 seconds.

-Restore Humanity - Restoration - Self
Base Cost: 15
Effects: Restores all damaged Attributes by 1 per cast

-Runners High - Restoration - Self
Base Cost: 32
Effects: Fortify Speed 10, Fortify Fatigue 30, Fortify Athletics 10, Lasts 20 seconds.

-Soul Stealer - Mysticism - Touch
Base Cost: 40
Effects: Damage health 1 per second, Soul trap, Lasts 10 seconds.

-Spell Drinker - Illusion - Touch
Base Cost: 44
Effects: Absorb Magic 2 per second, Silence, Lasts 10 seconds.

-Summon Spiderling - Conjuration - Self
Base Cost: 35
Effects: Summons a Daedric Spiderling for 30 seconds that can paralyze foes

-System Check - Restoration - Self
Base Cost: 14
Effects: Resist Disease, Poison, and Paralysis by 25% for 30 seconds.


Sorry no Alteration, there is plenty of cheap Alteration spells in the game already, also I will be adding much more spells in other mods in the future, so stay tuned!
